2 Weeks til Russia!

Hello everyone!
7 WEEKS DOWNNNNNN!!!!
Holy Moly I know lots about the MTC!
I feel like the Russian Zone gets really good at all things MTC. Sometimes I have to remind myself I am still going to Russia someday....
This Friday I get my flight plans! And then it will only be about a week and a half until I go! CRAZZZYYYYY
My Russian is the WORST! We did an online lesson with a lady from German speaking Russian and I could hardly understand her. But after lots of frustration and hand gestures I understood that she was asking about if God loves all of his people.
There is a scripture in The Book of Mormon that says "Now my brethren, we see that God is mindful of every people, whatsoever land they may be in; yea, he numbereth his people, and his bowels of mercy are over all the earth. Now this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving; yea, and I will give thanks unto my God forever. Amen." Alma 26:37
I read that to her and told her about my decision to serve a mission and about how I know this amazing Gospel and I know that God loves me so why would I not want to share this with everyone out there. I keep on thinking about the Russian people and how I want to help them come to know and love their Heavenly Father like I love Him. I felt the spirit so strongly when I testified of this truth. It is one of the first phrases we learn in Russian - "God loves you." ( would share with y'all how to say it in Russian but I don't have time and also I don't have a Russian keyboard and google translate is the WORST) But I know that God loves us so so sooooo much. I have felt His love and I feel it everyday when I stop to think about it. He is our Father and we are all His children. And He wants to show us His love! I know that when I pray and read the Book of Mormon, I learn so much about God and His perfect, unending love.
Anyway this week was super cool, I met a real live Ukrainian, killed it at the "Match the Message" fireside (I didn't laugh at all!), I watched an AWESOME movie called "The Testaments" about the Book of Mormon and Christ (I don't think I can say that I watched it b/c I basically just cried the whole time and couldn't really see anything), and I lost at this weird Swedish game called "Kubb" that all the Elders in my district are super into, and I have to write a rap... so more to come next week.
Love you all and I want to tell you all that God loves you! This Gospel is true and will bless you life!

Also God knows me b/c like we have had 3 sunny days in a row! Also I keep on collecting leaves off the ground and sticking them in my journal. You could shake out my journal and have a leaf pile big enough to jump in.
Also Russians aren't super crazy about Christmas like we are so today was Christmas in our Zone! Pics next week.
