Elder Bednar and the SCCM

Hey Y'all!
So this week was quite incredible! We were lucky enough to have a mission conference with Elder and Sister Bednar along with Elder and Sister Costa. There aren't really words to describe how amazing that was! So instead of giving talks, Elder Bednar lead an interactive question and answer session, teaching us in between questions. Our main topic was Faith and the power of it. We tend to limit the power of faith. Elder Bednar sent us 4 talks of his to read and study before the conference. We discussed them and had the opportunity to raise our hands and stand up and share what we had learned. I wasn't planning on standing up and sharing but the Spirit put me in my place really quickly. I was able to tell Elder Bednar, in front of the mission lol, what I had learned from his talk. Ask me a year ago if I would've done that and I would have said no and laughed!😂 One of his talks was on the difference between testimony and conversion. If y'all have a chance, I invite you to take the time to study them. I am so grateful to have a living prophet and am especially grateful for his apostles and the other church leaders we have who love us enough to lead and guide us with divine revelation. They are truly called of God and we are to listen and act on the things we learn from them and the promptings we receive from the Holy Ghost. I testify that Jesus Christ, Lives. He loves us and wants nothing more than for us to reach our potential and to live with God again. I am grateful to be a missionary. Nothing gives me more joy than serving Him who has suffered so much for me. I love y'all so much, take it easy this week!  🍍
