Sister Bennett

Older than the hills

Hey yall! Crazy week! So unfortunately this past week Sister Carter went home. We cried and laughed but I am serisouly so excited for her and the journey and path God has waiting for her!
Which also means I got a new companion and her name is Sister Bennett! She is way too cute and so much fun! We laugh way too hard with each other! I guess the big miracle this week was Sister Bennett and i being put together to support one another as we had both sent companions home. I am so grateful Heavenly Father has a plan for each one of us! There is a quote I love from Elder Utchdorf and he quotes Great Aunt Rose who says "God didnt design us to be sad. He created us to have Joy! So if we trust Him, He will help us notice the good, bright hopeful things of life. And sure enough, the world will become brighter" Don't you just love that we have a Savior who literally knows how you feel and has been theiugh it to! God and Jesus Christ love us so much and just want us to be happy! God is so good and knew Sister Bennett and I needed each other at this time also to laugh ALOT with each other!
Quick recap: start to this week sis Carter said goodbye to some of the members and took pics with them including our STLs, a less active (one of our buds) fed us homemade biscuits with bacon and it was delicious, had to say goodbye to Sister Carter, got some good ol co-op food from members, hung out at Kim & Brenda's oasis, went to Sarah's special needs baseball game and it was so much fun, sweet Annie called us old and fat hahaha, got DQ for dinner and Sis Bennetts blizzard fell out when they tipped it upside dow. and we were laughing so hard I cried, planned for our upcoming Cobbler and Ice Cream competition Social, had stake conference yesterday and rode in a convertible on the way back home woot woot Sister Bennett and I laughed our heads off! Love yall and have a blessed week!Love, Sister Mix!
