This week was so good! Heavenly Father has really been just pouring down His blessings in jackson! We found 3 new people this week! It's insane and I love it here!
I have been thinking alot this week about how I can be a better missionary and how can I improve. I have been reading and studying alot and found that I need to just focus on the people and align my will to Gods will which I am still trying to figure out how to do that haha. But it was a cool answer I received and all my job as a missionary is to invite people to come unto Christ through my love for them, and the gospel!
This week there was a door we knocked on to follow up with a lady. So we knocked and she opened the door and I said "hey how are you doing?" She said "hi...bye" then slammed the door! Little rude but we laughed it off and thankfully the cool people we meet make it worth knocking on the doors of those who are not kind and not ready to hear the gospel.
Quick recap: interviews with President and Sister Clayton which are always so amazing, had Zaxbys for the first time and had it 3x since, lots of yummy member dinners, getting ready for our branch 4th of July party, had ice cream from a cute new shoppe, our carpets were repaired, Sister gray found her red bull she loves, knocked on lots of doors with many sweet people and some people not so sweet haha,  sister gray and I taught the 5th Sunday lesson about inviting people with love, for pday today we had sisters pday with all 14 sisters in our zone and we water colored and had pancakes and laughed it was so fun, also today we officially have part of the Macon mission merge with ours. I am excited for the work her in Jackson and I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY!  I love yall and hope you all have a fantastic 4th of July week!
Love, Sister Mix!
