Sister Davis

A Wild Ride

This week has been really really exciting. I started the week being trained by Sister Blake and ended this week with a new trainer... Sister Davis! Sister Davis is amazing and I am so blessed she came to KSU to 2nd half train me. So Sister Davis loves riding bikes and that's what we have been doing. I am not very in shape especially with some of these inclines but by the end of this transfer I will be a pro! One thing I love about Sister Davis is that she reminds me of when I was back in the mtc and continuing to help me get better at teaching. She pushes me really hard but I think I will learn so much this transfer and I am really hoping I stay with her for the next 2 transfers when she ends her mission. I love 2 Nephi 32:3 because Nephi tells us to feast upon the words of Christ and he also says "the words of Christ; will tell you all things what ye should do". I think that is an amazing promise given when we study and feast upon the words of Christ.
Quick recap: I am onto my 2nd transfer now, we helped move the Rodke's and had an impromptu photo shoot, had a goodbye lunch for Sister Blake and Sister Call with Donna from the food pantry, we went to transfers and I stole Sister Cockrell's trainer, Sister Davis and i biked to and from campus 2 times, went to Costco for some good greasy pizza, so far a wonderful fun p-day teaching Madelyn how to ride a bike! I love you all and I hope you all have a wonderful week!
Love, Sister Mix!
