The week of September 2 started the week of the 50th anniversary of the PCC opening in 1963. There were a lot of missionaries coming back, lots of activities and shows put on by the people who did the shows 50 years ago. There was an awesome talent show put on by all of the performers here. What talent they have, it is amazing. We had a guy sing an Elvis song and he sounded so much like Elvis. They showed an Elvis movie called Paradise. We fed 250 from New Zealand breakfast on Friday morning, August 30,and again on Monday morning September 2nd. On Thursday they had the Poly Olympics, Also on Friday Morning they had a Hukilau at the beach. I posted some pictures on facebook. On Friday my job was to go help decorate the floats for the parade we had on Saturday morning. Today is Sunday the 8th and we have a CES Fireside with Elder Nelson, he is here to Dedicate the new Heber J. Grant building. That will start at 3:30. At 7:00 Sister Nelson will be speaking to the women at 7:00. So we have a busy day, and it is a bit warm and muggy today.
