Sister Chugg

Flooded kitchen..yikes!

Heeey Everyone. this week was filled with lots of car repairs, lots of long talks with The Chuggster, and lots of Exchanges.
Transfers are on Wednesday and Sister Chugg is leaving me to go to Eldersburg. I'm sad to see her go, especially as all of these miracles have started to happen. She is a wonderful missionary and we have had a lovely time together.

Oh, also, our kitchen flooded this week. So that was cool beans..or not.

In better news, we picked up a new investigator this week named Martina! Well, new to us anyway. She was a former that was taught about two years ago. Anyway, we called her on Friday to set up an appointment and she said, "Sisters, I am so glad you called. I just have been feeling like the Mormon church is the right church for me and I want to get baptized as soon as possible." Like... What?????? Super cool. I guess you can get baptized, if you want. Unfortunately she was sick this weekend so she wasn't able to make it to church, but she is going to get baptized soon and it is going to be a miracle. The Lord is so incredibly good to us.
Danielle is doing well, still cheerful and working hard.

I have learned so much this week about myself. Just this last few weeks, I have learned to love being a missionary more than ever! I'm all of a sudden wanting to get out of the apartment as soon as possible to go talk to people about Jesus. I feel this light in my chest and it makes me happy and motivated and it makes me love every step of missionary work. Even the hard times. I am very grateful for it. I needed this and I'm glad I am becoming more converted to missionary work. I have a LONG way to go still, but it is amazing to see changes. I have never been happier to be a missionary and I feel very lucky to be staying here in The Emerald City! Love you all! Thank you for your support!

Fun fact about our area:
When you spend an few hours tracking in west Baltimore, you forget that you are white. You will see a white guy walk down they street and you think, "What is that guy doin here??? He don't belong!! this is the City!!! It's dangerous!!!" And then you are liike.... wait.haha.
