Hermana Martinez

I'm gonna... WHAT??

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. I also hope the new communication with the family rule has been received well!

Okay, so I definitely did not think that I was going to get transferred. But on Monday night we were in the chapel teaching a lesson, and the Zone Leaders called us.  They told us that I am going to be transferred to "Magnolias" - and, that I am going to be training a new companion.

haha, it was crazy. But everything is good :-) My mission president called me and told me that we are going to "open" an area, where there were elders before. The area limits changed. It's a little hard to explain, but basically the 2 others with whom we share the area, were both here last transfer in part of our area. So they´ve been helping us a lot this week!

My companion is Hermana Martinez, from Nicaragua. I love her!! haha in the mish, she's my "daughter".

On Saturday we had a baptism - Carmen. She was SUPER ready to be baptised, and it was a beautiful service. haha, there wasn't light (electricity) but it's all good. At least there was water!! (hehe, get it?)  But really, we are doing good. This week the craziest week in my mission, but we saw many miracles. On Saturday night we were walking down a street at 10 pm, an older lady had a hard time opening her door - my companion helped her, we started talking to her and turns out she was baptized in the church 10 years ago. but, she got sick and she lost a lot of her memory. But when we started talking to her, she was remembered of the church. We are going to start to teaching her husband and her children :-)

I love you all so much, and I love the work. I am so blessed to represent our Savior. The time is going by so fast, I can't believe it.

Be strong and pray,

Hermana Andreasen
