Philly Day!

P - day on Wednesday today because we got to go to the Philly temple. Ahhhhh! What a wonderful day. I'm so thankful for the temple and the peace and solace it brings me. It was THE perfect day.

It's been an amazing week! Working hard and staying soooo busy. So much to do just not enough time!

Had lots of lessons, and my first zone conference! Yay! It was so great. The theme was kind of on Lynn G. Robbins talk from General Conference and how we can grow from failure to failure without any loss of enthusiasm. I know that we can do this by truly coming to Christ through repentance. It's always just so fun to be around other missionaries!

Going to keep this email short this week! Just wanted to share a scripture...

Alma 31: 31-32, 38
31 O Lord, my heart is exceedingly sorrowful; wilt thou comfort my soul in Christ. O Lord, wilt thou grant unto me that I may have strength, that I may suffer with patience these afflictions which shall come upon me, because of the iniquity of this people.
32 O Lord, wilt thou comfort my soul, and give unto me success, and also my fellow laborers who are with me—yea, Ammon, and Aaron, and Omner, and also Amulek and Zeezrom, and also my two sons—yea, even all these wilt thou comfort, O Lord. Yea, wilt thou comfort their souls in Christ.
38 And the Lord provided for them that they should hunger not, neither should they thirst; yea, and he also gave them strength, that they should suffer no manner of afflictions, save it were swallowed up in the joy of Christ. Now this was according to the prayer of Alma; and this because he prayed in faith.

I know that as you pray in faith and are patient in afflictions that your afflictions WILL be swallowed up in the joy of Christ. He is the ultimate source of healing and comfort. He wants what is best for us.. He is what is best for us.
Be patient. Have faith.

I love you all. But mostly.. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ SO much.
