I hope everyone has had a great week! We hit our half way mark at the MTC this week! 3 Weeks left! Its been a pretty normal week at the MTC(Class, class, devotional, class) up until today.
Yesterday we taught TRC lessons. I couldnt seem to get the words out that I wanted so I left pretty discouraged and frusterated about the language.

Sister Johnson and I went to the temple this morning. As we were leaving an older Guy who was sitting on the temple bench outside with his wife called us over. He asked us where we were serving and when we told him Iloilo, Philippines, he told us that his wife and him served there in 1990. He talked to us for about 40 minutes about his mission and stories from his mission. He was just the sweetest old man and talking to him reminded me of why I am out here and reassured me that I can do this. Him being there was for sure an answer to my prayers and Sister Johnson and I walked away so amazed at what had just happened.

On Wednesday we got the new Cebuanos in our zone. There was 28 Elders and 20 sisters Cebuanos which is crazy! Just shows how much the church in the Philippines is growing! Also on Wednesday we had service so all the Ilonggo sisters cleaned on of the residence halls. Since we are half way done with the MTC some of us made a little parody video for you guys! Enjoy!

Besides that, this week was pretty much the same haha. Classes are good and our district has a lot of fun together. I hope all of you are doing good! Love you all!
