LISTEN UP Y'ALL BC IT'S BEEN A GREAT WEEK!!!!
Sacrament meeting yesterday was amazing!!! it was our fast Sunday because of conference, we had a new investigator come to church and holy cow the spirit is real. The spirit was strong throughout the whole meeting, literally every single person who stood up bore powerful and sincere testimony of the power of prayer, how they received answers to prayers, the truthfulness of the church and of the Book of Mormon. I was sitting in my pew just about to bust open, I wanted to go around and hug everyone who bore their testimony and thank everyone who said "well i wasn't planning on getting up here". PEOPLE, NEVER SUPPRESS A GENEROUS THOUGHT. NEVER SUPPRESS A PROMPTING!! or think that you're testimony no matter how simple or complex, isn't worth sharing because someone, i promise someone will ALWAYS benefit from hearing it!! We have some valuable experiences following promptings this week. Our area is huge! like not even kidding it's huge! to drive from one end to the other would take almost 2.5 hours. anyway with that being said, knocking doors is great! but not the most effective way to spend our time. HOWEVER, this week we felt really prompted to knock some doors. so we did. we didn't baptize a million people but we still saw miracles and being obedient is what's most important.
I am so so so so excited to read and study all the conference talks!! Just sayin'

ALSO this week was zone conference and our mission president had all the missionaries prepare trainings to give, he called them randomly up to give them. Sister Lewis and I prepared a training on replacing doubt with hope. Sis L shared an analogy of pirates. they spend all their time trying to find X that marks the treasure. "for where your heart is, there will your treasure be also" so where/what is our treasure? are we enjoying the journey or just focused on the final destination? are we focused on things that go wrong, like getting holes in our boats? or do we view each opportunity or hole as a window to see all the good God has placed in our path? I CHALLANGE each of you this week to view the "holes in the boat" as windows and look for the good in everything!!! Also if you got some extra time go read "a summer with great-aunt rose" new fav, changed my life, love it so much! anyway folks, that's about it for this week. I am learning so much as a missionary and I am so grateful EVERYDAY to wake up in Wichita falls, and put on my name tag and represent my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. There is nothing that can compare to it.
I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GOD LOVES YOU AND I DO TOO!!! have the best week ever! LOVE SISTER MALONEY
