So this past week went by a little slower, as the last week in the transfer usually does! This previous pday we went to sisters pday at the hampden hills sisters house and made some gingerbread houses. Mine looked pretty cute (: That evening we taught two less actives and we had some great lessons. On Tuesday we did service at the food bank for the rockies and afterwards had our usual district snowball fight. For the rest of the day we taught some investigators and a less active with a member present. On Wednesday was the day of appointments! We had our last district meeting and then went to hmn's counseling at 1. After that we went to the cheery creek dermatology building for my appointment. I had a patch of red bumps break out on the underside of my left arm so I got an appointment and some medicine for it. After that we took HMN Munoz (a member) with us to a lesson with our new investigator Angel. I told him that he has the best name(; I'm excited to start teaching them as a family and I hope they will progress. That evening we had dinner with the Obispo and his daughter Flour whom I love! Thursday we had interviews with president. They didn't go as I had hoped and I wasn't able to voice how the transfer went very well, so I wasn't pleased afterwards. I felt like I was the bad guy since hmn was receiving counseling and her counselor was telling president everything that was going on I felt like I was cut short. But it's alright because I've moved on and I'm glad that transfer is over with now. On Friday we were asked as a district to sing called to serve at a mission farewell for a girl in our ward who's going to serve in Mongolia. The party was fun and we were glad we could help out! That evening we ate at village in with a less active for a late dinner. On Saturday we did a lot of finding and taught a RC/LA with our ward mission leader present. Yesterday at church HMN king said goodbye to everyone and I took a lot of pics for her. Last night at 6 we went to the yale monaco building and watched the xmas devotional with all the english missionaries in this area. I enjoyed it and took some great notes which I'm excited to read over again. I love Christmas and the special joy we can all feel this time of year (: Today was transfers and I'm in the same area with a new companion. Apparently she's boss at Spanish so I couldn't ask for a better Christmas gift! lol I love you all and hope you are enjoying the holiday's together. I can't wait to hear from you in a few weeks.
