I prayed for lots of things, but two things specifically:
1. New people to teach
2. Transfers working out in a way that will make us the happiest we can be.
And man oh man, both things happened.
We got THREE REFERRALS IN TWO DAYS. THREE!
And... Sister Siddoway is getting transferred. As in, she's leaving tonight. Normally, transfer emails come on the Monday after the sixth week and then everyone hauls out on Thursday. But, Sister Siddoway is going to the Sonterra area, the one with the temple in it, so it's a little different. The STLs (sister training leaders) who greeted us when we got off the plane were the Sonterra sisters and that's where Sister Siddoway is going. The sisters in the Sonterra area are basically the equivalents of the AP Elders lol, sooo I'm going to be in a trio with the Hermanas we live with until Thursday. Which is going to be nutzo. Normally Pres Polley doesn't split up new missionaries and their trainers, so when I get my transfer interview with president I'm asking him what made him do that for me and Sister Siddoway.
Sooo all this means that the one and only Sister Arnett is going to be LEADING OUT AN AREA WITH ONE TRANSFER OF EXPERIENCE. IM FINE. IM FINE. EVERYTHING IS FINE. Haha! So ya. This upcoming transfer is going to be whack.
Today for PDay, since its Sister Siddoway's last day in Austin, we went exploring with one of the members! Austin is the Live Music capital of the world and is honestly the best thing ever, so there are all these awesome murals everywhere!
Sister Siddoway and I are sad to be parting ways so soon, but I'm really looking forward to the new experiences I will be having with Sister Monroe!
Until next week!
P.S. There is also a pic of a Gutenberg Bible, which is one of the first Bibles ever printed! It's definitely one of the things that prepared the way for Christ's true church. Pics of a new Mural painted on the side of a garage building, in front and inside the state capital building, the history museum and the "Forever Bicycles" sculpture.
