Week 50: Six for Sticks

Good Morning!
How are you all doing today? I am doing pretty good! The weather has been really decent! It's been raining/sprinkling a whole lot!

So, you may be wondering why the subject heading is the way it is. Well, let me explain, in my district, we set a goal to find 6 new people to find and teach. And so, as a companionship, Sister Clark and I have been praying, asking Heavenly Father to help us and our district to achieve our goal. And not just the number 6, but 6 actual people who want to come closer to Jesus Christ. And we have changed up our prayers a bit. We ask Heavenly Father that as we try our best to do His will, we ask Him to help us know what to say, and what to do to help bring the Spirit into others lives. And He has helped us so much! Many things have happened. And let me say, with our goal to find 6 people, we ended find 8 people as a district to teach! It is amazing! As we rely on Heavenly Father, pray for opportunities to be given and act on those opportunities, so many things happen you see all the amazing things Heavenly Father can do for you and others!

I am grateful for my Heavenly Father! And I am grateful for Jesus Christ. I love having this opportunity to teach as many people as I can about Jesus Christ and helping others develop a relationship with Him or helpings others strengthen the relationship they already have. I know the Book of Mormon is a word of God, and I know that Heavenly Father loves all of His Children.

I invite you all to read the Book of Mormon, (wither you already have or haven't). I love this book, and I know that if you read it and do it with an open heart, you will feel His love. I know this, because I, myself, have felt His love by reading the Book of Mormon! I leave this with you, In the name, of Jesus Christ, Amen.
