How are you all doing today? I am doing great! :) It's been nice the past few days and I am loving the sunshine!
There is so much I want to talk about, but I don't have that much time to write. Haha. But I will talk about the things that touched me the most this week.
So the top one I want to talk about is the "Come and See" Fireside my mission put on this past Sunday. First, if you want to watch it, just click the link at the bottom. The fireside was amazing!! I love getting the chance to sing in it and be apart of it! Most of the songs we sang were original and we have been learning them through out the mission. (We didn't have much time to practice though. On of the songs we learned the Friday before. And it turned out great!) This was the highlight of my week. Singing songs that bring the spirit is so powerful. And talking about family History is amazing and well.
As we sung, I know we sung with all out hearts. When I sang, I was bearing my testimony. I know this church is true, I know families can be together forever.
This week we passed off a guy to the YSA elders yesterday. Sister Clark and I went tracting and we knocked on his door. This guy answered and he was super happy and just loved what we had to say. And so we sent up a time to meet with him yesterday at 2. And we brought the Elders with for a pass off since he is YSA age. So four of us taught him the Restoration and he just loved it. And we all bore our testimonies and the spirit was strong. I am so grateful for those I have met.
I am grateful for my Father in Heaven. He has done so much for me. I am grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for my companion Sister Clark. She is amazing. I know she is my companion for a reason. I love her so much and I know that as we continue to do the Lords work in unity and follow the spirit, miracles will and do happen. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
