Week 38: The International Blackfoot Pow Wow

Good Morning!
How are you all doing today? For those who are wondering, I'm doing pretty good. It's been pretty chilly lately. Yesterday morning, it said it was -25 Degrees (Celsius) but because of wind chill it was -32 degrees C. And it's snowed some more. Not too bad though.
Anyways, this week was a pretty good week for the most part. One of the cool things we got to do this past Saturday was go to the International Blackfoot Pow Wow. The woman who was running the thing, she is a member of the Church. She invited our mission president to give the opening prayer in Maori for the grand-fest at 7:00 pm. And Sister John and I got the opportunity to go and be there as well. It was awesome! And Sister John and I felt impressed to talk to this lady who was standing by herself. We got talking and we found out that her nephew is a member of the church and she's a bit interested. Not at the moment but eventually. So we are going to refer her to the Cardston Missionaries because she is in there area.
I know that as we continue to do what the Lord wants, he will guide us to where we need to be. I know the Lord lead us to those who are ready.

Quote of the Week: "No One Has Failed Who Keeps Trying and Keeps Praying." - Jefferey R. Holland

I know that Heavenly Father is Watching over me and guiding me to those who are ready to hear the Gospel. I love my Heavenly Father and I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I know the Church is true and I've seen a lot of miracles as I've been on my mission. And I've seen the power of Prayer and I know when we pray, it works. I love prayer. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
