Good Morning Eveyone! How are you all doing? I'm doing pretty good! It's been a bit cold but it's not too bad. The snow has been pretty decent.
I've been thinking a lot about action. And not just action, but action that is lead by faith. Faith is an action word. And Faith in Jesus Christ leads us to act upon the things that our Heavenly Father has asked us to do. A few things we've been asked to do is pray often and study the scriptures. I see the importance and I know that these do help me become closer to Christ and my Heavenly Father. As I pray to my Father in Heaven, I feel the love he has for me. I know he is there. And I know he answers my prayers. They have been answered so many times, it's amazing. I love to pray to him. I love to talk to my Heavenly Father. I know he is always there.
I love reading the scriptures. I read about the interactions God had with the people in ancient times. It's amazing and I know how important it is to read the Scriptures God has given us. Sometimes the answer to our prayers are in the scriptures. I've gained a lot of comfort from the scriptures when I was struggling. I love it. I love reading the scriptures, for many reasons. One is I feel the Spirit more and I am able to continue to feel the love of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
I know that as we continue to do the things we have been asked to do by our Heavenly Father, we will be blessed. He is always watching out for us and he cares for us. He cares for every single person. And I know he lives. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior. I know that I can turn to both of them for help, and they will send me the help I need. I love my Savior. I love my Heavenly Father. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
I love you all!
Quote of the week: A scripture that I love!
2 Nephi 31:20 - "Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life."
