Week 30: Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Everyone! 🎉🎇 I hope you all have had a great New Year so far and I hope your Christmas' was awesome! I have doing pretty good. First, I want to say Happy Birthday to all of those people who've had birthdays! I hope they were good and awesome!

I love Christmas Day. It was awesome! One of my favorite parts of that day was talking to my family! It was awesome! I miss them a lot. But I am glad that they are doing well! Man, it was a good day.

So, this week, has been pretty hard to meet with anyone. Since it was the holiday everyone has been gone to visit family. But there have been some people who were home and we were able to meet with them. It has been pretty good. Getting to know more people and strengthen the relationships we have with them. It has been pretty awesome. I love the spirit and I love how we are guided to those who need us at the moment. It's very interesting.

I want you all to know that I am very grateful and happy for this amazing opportunity to be serving the Lord, here in the Canada Calgary Mission. I am grateful for everything I go through, even if it is hard. There is a quote that I love, and it says, "Everything you are learning now is preparing you for something else." - Marjorie Pay Hinckley. I love this quote and it is so true. Things we are learning, is preparing us for something in the future. I invite you all to continue to read the scriptures, write down what you've learned from this week.

Trust in the Lord, and he will guide you. "And now, verily, verily, I say unto thee, put your trust in that Spirit which leadeth to do good-yea, to do justly, to walk humbly, to judge righteously; and this is my Spirit." Doctrine and Covenants 11:12. I love you guys, and I say these things in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
