Week 23: Good Afternoon Everyone!

Good Afternoon everyone! Sorry for the late weekly! How are you? It's pretty cold here, but what else would you expect? Its Canada! :) Me and Sister Lovegrove, we were in the Parklake ward going around and getting to know our members more. That was fun. So many nice families.

So this week we taught Tyson. We taught him the commandments, the law of chastity and the Word of Wisdom. He has a few struggles with the word of wisdom. We invited him to pray to Heavenly Father for help. We also invited to pray about baptism. Next week our goal is to teach him the rest of the commandments and invited him to be baptized. We also are teaching a woman name Delle. She is an older lady and she is very sweet. She's been an investigator for a while. Hopefully we can help her see that this gospel is a beautiful thing!

On December 1, we are having a baptism for a 9 year old girl name Alexis. It's so exciting! She's such a sweet girl! We've been able to teach her all of the lessons.

This week I invite you to write down 5 things you are grateful for everyday this week! I love you all and thank you for all of the support you give me! (And other missionaries!). One more thing I would like to ask you guys is if there is anyone you would like for me to pray for, send me an email! I love you all! Have a great week!

I know that the power of pray does work! I have seen it work and I know that Heavenly Father wants us to pray to him. He wants to hear from you and he just loves you so much! I have a strong testimony that Heavenly Father does answer all of our prayers, even though not all of them are answered immediately, they do get answered. I am grateful for prayer. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Love, Sister Osai
