1. Now I, Heather, after having made an end of the abridging the account of the people of Laguna Beach, I had supposed not to have written more, but I have not as yet been transferred; and I make not myself known to the APs lest they should transfer me.
2. For behold, their wars are exceedingly fierce among themselves; and because of their mean spiritedness they transfer every sister that will not deny her companion.
3. And I, Heather, will not deny my companion. Wherefore, I wander Laguna Beach for the safety of my companionship.
4. Wherefore, I write a few more things, contrary to that whichever I had supposed; for I had supposed not to have written any more. But I write a few more things, that perhaps they may be of worth to my brothers and sisters, yeah, even the Adams, and Georgie, and the Nielsons, and even the Elders with whom we ward share, in some future day, according to the will of the new Mission President!
