New Companion, Old Area!
All day everyone kept complimenting my "necklace". Then when we new companion, Sister Prado arrived she took one look at me and said "Is that a time turner???" Suffice it to say she super great. Also fun fact her cousins totally live in my ward in Vegas! I am still in Lingsat, about to hit 6 months, life is good.
The highlight of this week was having the opportunity to go to the top of the mission, Abra, to participate in the musical devotional there. The members in Abra are really amazing! I am in awe that so many people were in attendance despite that fact that it was pouring rain and nine in the morning. Before the program started I went around talking to people and they were so kind and so happy to be there. When I stood at the front the supportive smiles they gave me made me feel as though we'd been friends for a long time. There was so much love in that room!
