Masaya na Dito!

Sister Baquinquito "Sister Jensen you are definitely not transferring"

Sister Tanon "You will be here next transfer"

Sister Aldred "You have only been here for 12 weeks so you are staying another transfer"

Needless to say, I was mad worried about getting moved to a new area tomorrow. But seriously, I don't know why I was so convinced I was getting transferred! Maybe because things are just so perfect here. Well anyway, surprise, I'm not getting transferred and I couldn't be happier about it!

Two of our investigators Nora and Allyn got baptized this week and it was so beautiful.

Allyn is 9. Her mom and dad are converts and have been very supportive of her getting baptized. After the baptism when it was time to bear her testimony my heart melted as she unfolded a piece of paper with her written testimony on it. A week or two ago when we had asked her who she wants to have baptize her she said "Sister Jensen". And we were like no which elder do you want! It made me happy though! I feel like her big sister:)

Nora is in her 50's. We have seen a lot of miracles since meeting Nora. First we didn't know how she was going to get to church because since suffering a stroke, walking is very difficult for her. Then we met Boyat, the one we gave the Book of Mormon while he was drunk. He is progressing so well and is so kind. They are neighbors and he accompanies her to and from church every Sunday. Another difficulty of her's was reading. She doesn't have glasses and therefore can't read the Book of Mormon. Then the relief society president in our ward found out a brought a bunch of pairs of glasses to church and let Nora try on each one till she found one that worked and now she can read the Word of God! Lastly, Nora's grandson who is 5 years old, Harvie, got sick a few months ago and went into a coma. He has since woken up but hasn't spoken or moved much yet( please keep him in your prayers). When the relief society president found out she held a meeting with the other sisters in relief society to discuss how they could help this boy and his family. Everyone's displays of charity and love here are so inspiring!

Much Love,
Sister Jensen
