Last episode on Sister Jensen's missionary experiences:
"We started talking a to a man reading a Bible outside and ended up giving him a Book of Mormon. He kept thanking us for it and saying he was grateful for us. Here I am thinking "all in a day's work". Later Sister Tanon turned to me and said "Can you believe how drunk that guy was" "He was what?"
His name is Boyette, we have yet to teach him but ran into him on Saturday. He was in the same spot reading once again. But this time he was reading the Book of Mormon. He is in Alma. ALMA. We told him we would be coming back the next say to pick up Nora for church and invited him to join. We came back the next day and he was standing in the same spot with a backpack and a long sleeved shirt. He stayed for all three hours and wants to go back next week.
The Book of Mormon is true!!!! I have recently been obsessed with the idea that this book has been read by people from differing backgrounds, ages, countries, cultures, even time periods and have found answers and comfort from the same pages. I know the Book of Mormon has the ability to help you in any phase of your life, just let it through reading and studying it's words daily.
