The rain came down and the floods came up
Another great week in Bauang!
There was a ton of rain and wind starting on Friday. This worried us because we planned to have a mission musical devotional on Saturday night. It was centered on the Restoration and many investigators as well as members were invited to attend. I said a ton of prayers asking for the weather to clear up by the time the devotional came and it did! The devotional was amazing. It turns out my mission president has a surprise voice of gold. And oh my goodness, I just love music so much. My earliest testimony was rooted in how I felt when singing songs about Christ (specifically the music of the Lamb of God by Rob Gardner). It truly is a blessing from God and I love so much that we are using it as a tool for missionary work.
There is an amazing sister in our ward named Grace Duldulao. She always feeds us and makes us feel loved and gives us referrals and her family is also the best. Recently she said the following "If you aren't having spiritual experiences every day, you need to repent." I'll just leave it at that.
