"He is so handsome!" - One of the people we are teaching while talking about Michael Scofield from Prison Break
Hello!
This week was a another good one for the books! We had the opportunity to go to Utica for MLC. I love MLC. It is one of my favorite meetings and I was sad it was my last one. At the end of the meeting we all went outside and together cheered "Hurrah, Hurrah, Hurrah for Israel!". It was fun and President Vest asked me to do it because it was the last time I will ever do it... lol I feel like he brings up how much time I have left every time I see him!
We have been seeing a lot of little miracles like being in the right places at the right times. Its amazing to see how much the Lord really is involved in this work. It is His work after all!
I don't have much to talk about this week it seems... So I'll just leave you with this thought:
God doesn't need us to love Him. He is the same with or without that love we have for him. But we all need to love God. It is essential.
"For what we love determines what we seek. What we seek determines what we think and do. What we think and do determines who we are- and who we will become" -Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf.
We need to love God because through that love is how we change to be better people, to be more like Him. And in return the Love of God then fills our hearts. Love is a measure of our faith. It is how we become a true disciple. I encourage you all to love a little bit more this week. And especially show God the love you have for Him!
