Halfway through the MTC!!!

Ciao!!
This week was a lot of fun!! Saturday was Sorella Petersen's birthday, and we made her a vending machine cake!! Then we had a couple of the girls hold up fingers as candles to blow out after we sang to her! It was so cute haha! Oh and on Tuesday it was great because it snowed for the first time here in provo, and Anziano Davey (from Australia) hadn't ever seen snow before!! We all ran out and got to play in it for a while!!
Another crazy thing that happened this week, I got to host Sister Yardley from Enterprise when she came in to the MTC two days ago!! It was super cool to be able to talk about enterprise and everyone we both knew haha.
However, the best part of the week for me was when President Nelson came and spoke to us at our devotional on Tuesday!! It was so awesome!!! He just really spoke to my heart and just had a lot of powerfull statements! One that I really loved was when he told us to ask ourselves, "What am I doing to make the world a better place today?" We should find something daily that we can do to help ease others burduns, and how have I done that today?
We've really been trying hard to learn the language this week, and even in my personal study it has really been awesome to see how many times God promises that he will help us accomplish what he commands us to do. The ones in my study this morning were 1 Nephi 15:11, 17:3 and 17:50-51. Learning a language is definitely within God's power to help me with. And then I loved if you go back to 1 Nephi 15:8, it just states: Have ye inquired of the lord? If you have any doubts, Ask Him!!! He will tell you by the power of the Holy Ghost; I testify of that!
I hope all is well with all of you!!
Vi Voglio Bene!!!
