Danielle was baptized on June 16th in Wetumpka! It was such a sweet experience. She was excited and nervous. Members, President and Sister Sainsbury and our District came. Before the Baptism Danielle said "I wanna do what ya'll do." She said she wants to be a missionary. She wants to move to Provo, and transfer to BYU. She is also excited to do more family history and go to the temple. WOHOO!

Elijah came to the baptism (a cute 8 year old we are teaching.) He is so goodness. When we taught him the Plan of Salvation he said, "What if I make a mistake, can I still go to the celestial kingdom?"
After Danielle's Baptism we went to his home and taught him and his Mother Shasta. We taught Shasta the Restoration. Something I never get tired of is reciting the First Vision! It always brings the spirit so strong.

We are teaching a girl named Wendy. She said she feels lost and wants to come closer to God. We invited her to read in Ether 12. When we came back she said "Who are the Jaredites? What is going on? I am so confused." We started at the introduction and read the first 12 verses. She got so excited when she started to understand. Wendy was asking many many questions. She really wants to understand what she is reading.

I am reading in Nephi. I love how faithful Nephi is! He is such a great example of having complete trust in the Lord.

1 Nephi 17:13
"And I will also be your light in the wilderness; and I will prepare the way before you, if it so be that ye shall keep my commandments; wherefore, inasmuch as ye shall keep my commandments ye shall be led towards the promised land; and ye shall know that it is by me that ye are led. "

Sister Packard

PS: Sister McCreath ate a whole gallon of Bluebell Ice cream by herself in a couple of days. I was walking past the garbage can and I saw the empty gallon. I looked up at her and started clapping. So impressed. hahaha She bought 2 more Gallons. She is so addicted.
