Sister Spackman

The One Where Sister Spackman is Jackie Chan

Okay yall! This week was kind of slow, but that's okay, because school starts today!! I am so excited for that! It's a little bit awkward approaching YSAs when they have their parents there for freshman orientation lol! But it's all good!

Our friend Jacob is doing amazing! He loves church and loves institute! We have a goal this week to put him on baptismal date, so pray that Satan will not stop him from accepting! He loves the Joseph Smith story and knows it is true! He is a miracle and a half for sure!

We are starting to teach this one girl who is a members girlfriend and she wants to get baptized too! LIKE WUT WUT? Let’s get these people in the font for Pete's sake! The work is hastening, and God is tooo good! I love him!

Also, I got my hair cut today and the lady that cut it was not a member, but married to one! She asked if we could come over and have a lesson with her and her husband! I thought that was a complete miracle! Heavenly Father is just showering us with so many blessings!

So…the subject line. We were biking and I was leading. We needed some directions so I started to slow down and pull over. I didn’t know that Sister Spackman was on the phone and biking too. (This is totally legal BTW) She saw me slow down a bit too late and she pulled her front brake because her phone was in the other hand. I turn around just in time to see the most amazing thing. Sister Spackman goes over her handle bars, tucks and rolls, and stands up literally like a mission impossible movie. Bicycle tricks at their finest! She has some gnarly road rash, but she is doing better now and we had a good laugh!

Also, I had the privilege of speaking this Sunday and I spoke on Christ like love. Literally my favorite subject. I talked about how feeling it in our own lives is simple when we read from the Book of Mormon! I know that if you aren’t feeling loved right now, there is a way you can feel that way. It’s through the merits of Him who is mighty to save!

I love you all with a love that cannot be contained! Please let me know if there is anything at all that I can do for you!
