I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and were able to enjoy time with loved ones. It is wonderful to get to celebrate Christ's birth and all he has done for us. This week Sister Morgan and I have been working hard, we have been meeting a lot of people and trying to find those that want to come closer to Jesus Christ. We did not have a lot of success in finding people to teach but we did get to go out and represent Jesus Christ and every time I speak and testify of him I feel God's love, and I hope that others do too.
On Saturday morning we stopped by a lady doing her Grandma's hair they were so friendly and loved talking to us. While talking another girl pops out and has a Book of Mormon that she had read before so we are going back to teach the whole family, it was really wonderful. As a missionary I have been learning that success comes from doing all we can and submitting our will to the Lord and then being happy with whatever happens. I know that He is in control and I find great comfort in that.
This morning we went with Sister Blomquist and Sister Douglass into St. Philip to watch the sunset and it was beautiful. The ocean water even splashed my face and it was wonderful! They are such great missionaries and I have become really great friends with them! We met up with all the Sisters in Barbados at an Italian Bistro and it was a hoot. I love the missionaries and people I get to serve with here in Barbados!
Have a wonderful week and thank you for your emails,
love hearing from you all!
