Life is Good

Hey everyone!

This week was pretty good! It's finally starting to warm up to the 40s and 50s, thank goodness! We got our new car on Thursday. It's a super nice car! It was fun to go exchange our cars because everyone that drove a Nissan car met at the church at the same time so I got to see some friends! I saw Sister Iverson for a bit and also some other sisters that I became friends with, so that was lots of fun! It was a good drive for the day also. We had transfer calls on Saturday. Since Sister Sheffer is going home, I get a new companion to follow-up train me. Her name is Sister Larsen and she is super awesome! I know her a bit because she is in the same Zone as I am. So it should be fun! We have transfers tomorrow and I'm really excited!

We found some more people to teach! The Springboro Elders are super awesome and put out a Bible and Book of Mormon ad on Facebook and this lady, Christa, wanted some. She lives in our area so they referred her to us! We gave her and her niece, Paige, a Bible and Book of Mormon and they are really interested and want to learn more! We gave them a Restoration pamphlet and set up a return appointment for Wednesday. One crazy thing is that they have a lot of dogs. When we walked in, Christa said, "Yeah we have 4 puppies and 4 dogs." It was so crazy! There were dogs everywhere! It was awesome, they were all so cute and fun!

We had a great lesson with Ashlee yesterday about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was understanding everything and she talked a lot which was great! Liz works a lot so we are still trying to teach her as much as we can. We have been doing mini lessons over Facebook Messenger so that has worked out pretty well. Cameron is still doing good. His baptism is being postponed but we are super excited to keep teaching him! Both him and his family are awesome!

Sunday was pretty busy. We went around and Sister Sheffer said goodbye to the families that we got close to. We had dinner at the Kading's home which was fun. They had sandwiches and it was so great! It reminded me of when we would have sandwiches at home for dinner on Sunday so it was awesome! I have recently discovered that I am allergic to cats and they had lots of them so that was fun too haha. We have been doing these coaching sessions with one of the AP's, Elder Wells. He's been helping us out with planning and it has helped so much!

Well, that's pretty much it for this week! Missionary life is great and I'm loving every second of it! Love you all!
