I'm an STL?

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR. HAPPY DECEMBER.

Okay so there a couple things to be discussed:
1. Sister Knaphus and I aren't being transferred! ROUND 3 LETS GO. But really, do you know what this means? This means we will have been Halloween comps, Thanksgiving comps, soon to be my birthday comps, Christmas comps, New Year comps, AND her birthday comps. Yeah.
2. We both have been assigned to be Sister Training Leaders. WHAT?! This basically means we are part of the Mission Leadership Council and whatnot. We conduct exchanges, discuss how to help the mission and are stewards over (with) other sisters in the zone. We will be busier than ever. Whom the Lord calls, He qualifies right?
3. I don't think you realize how big of a deal it is to be in Lynden for Christmas. THIS TOWN DID A 3 HOUR LIGHT PARADE FRIDAY NIGHT. They do it right. 🎄❄🌟🎁

Now, lets just take a moment to appreciate our investigators we are working with. Cindy came to church AGAIN and loved it! We gave her a church tour with the McGirr's and she is still thinking about baptism. All good things. Then SHALA! Have I talked about her yet? We met her last week. Her husband is a less active member of 20 years and they are the CUTEST family. She has a bunch of LDS family but doesn't know much about our beliefs! She is totally open to learning. Fast forward to our second lesson. She invited her mom who has tons of questions. She read Ether 12 and literally fell in love. During the lesson, she shared two favorite verses from the chapter with her mom. Like, seriously? Just gold. She said she would be baptized if God led her there. Going back tonight. :)

The verse Shala shared: "Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh and anchor to the souls of men which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God. " -Ether 12:4

That's about all I've got for this week friends. MAKE IT A GREAT WEEK.
