EGG NOG HAS ARRIVED IN THE STORES PEOPLE. My week is complete.
Okay, so Elder Corbridge of the Seventy came to our mission this week. He instructed us at our half mission conference. Kind of a big deal. My mind is just overflowing with information and lessons and inspiration. He spoke for so long I don't know how he did it. Hours I kid you not. He reminded us to focus on the "most important thing" as we teach, the Doctrine of Christ. That is, faith, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. He also talked to us about how we are the sum total of what we have thought, said, seen, heard, and done. What we think, hear, see, and do cause us to change. Will our actions bring more light and truth into the world, or more darkness and confusion? There is so much more I could say but I forgot my notes, per usual. Until next week.
Our investigators are doing pretty good. We had a drop by lesson with Hillary last night. It went well. It is so interesting because she has very little religious background. She is from Lynden, like what?! She hasn't read much of the Bible so she is just learning everything. Stay tuned.
I'm racking my brain about what to write about but I'm realizing that this week was pretty uneventful actually. It was a good week, just not much to update.
I turned 14 months this week, we are volunteering at a museum on Thursday, and happy birthday dad! (Friday) Woot woot. Transfers happening next week so I'll keep ya posted. (Don't expect a change)
Yeah, that's all I can come up with. Have a great week friends!
Went pumpkin picking, found some mansions, fall in Lynden.
