Hallo alle sammen!!

This week has gone by sooo fast and lets be honest everyday on the mission goes by sooo fast! I wish time would just slow down!
GREAT NEWS!!!! Fahad and Harald, the people we have been working with, are both getting baptized this coming Sunday!!!!!! WAHOOOO I am soo excited for them and this first step that they will be taking! I will make sure to take some pictures from this weekend! Please pray for them this week!

This past week we went to Haugesund for splits and had to take a ferie to get there! It was beautiful and so amazing to be able to go on a bus which then goes on a ferie haha (bare i Norge) We had a wonderful splits with the sisters and I was able to be reunited again with Sister Stansfield who I was companions with in Arendal! Also her new companion who just came to Norway Sister Stolt! We had a wonderful time together and visited/met some amazing people! It only rained a little bit while we were there;)

We are have been visiting a lady named Wenke who served her mission a while back in England! We are reteaching the lessons with her and it is so cool to hear her strong testimony and how this gospel has truly blessed her life!

Funny Stories: I don't really know if this is a funny story but just a crazy experience that Sister Scherschligt and I had together!! We were waiting in the terminal for the boat and this man comes up to us and asks me "hey sisters do you know where i can buy a phone?" and i looked at him and didn't think much of it and told him to go and look in sentrum. then, he started talking about all this other stuff and i knew he wasn't looking for a phone. We asked where he was from because he had a southern accent (from Tennessee) and he told us he was from the states. Then he started talking about the doctrine and covenants and pulling out all these scriptures that he's got memorized. It was a very interesting experience and definitely not one I want to experience again. He basically started telling us that we shouldn't be out here in trying to teach people stuff because we aren't practicing what we are telling people. He started talking about how we need to be vegetarians because it says in section 89. Then he started talking about Emma Smith and Joseph Smith and all this random stuff. Literally the whole time I did not know what to say to this man. It was the weirdest feeling in the whole world. Søster Scherschligt and I both felt the same way, and I think it was a good thing we didn't say anything haha. But we told him to have a good day and gave him one of our Easter cards. He walked off and literally disappeared.. I have no idea where he went, or who he was, but it definitely was an experience i will remember forever. hahah
For the Karaoke night I sang "pocket full of sunshine" with Elder Parrish and it was hilarious haha and then sister Scherschligt and I sang, "If i were a boy", and "rewrite the stars from the greatest showman"! It was such an amazing night and I love singing even though I am not good haha!

We had a ward party this weekend and it was Karaoke night! It was a lot of fun and us missionaries sang a lot hah! There might be some videos around on Facebook or something but it was a blast! We had 2 people come that we have been working with and one of them went up on stage and sang! It was awesome! Ward parties are amazing with missionary work!

We met with a man named Kumar that randomly called us one day and asked if he could meet with us! He said he got one of our pass along cards from a friend of his and that is how he got our number! Anyway, the lesson went amazing, and we were able to answer a lot of his questions. At the end of the lesson he thanked us and said how grateful he was for meeting with us. He said he will come to the baptism and to church so that will be really excited!

Here is a quote that my beautiful mother sent to me and I really love it!

"No matter how hard it tries, the darkness cannot put out that light. EVER..... You can trust that His light will be there for you." Sis Eubank RS Board

This has been an amazing week and I just love being a missionary and serving others and also growing my own personal testimony of this gospel! I hope you all have an amazing week and remember how much our Heavenly Father loves you!
