This week..of course I took my bike off some sweet jumps, and learned some new tricks, riding with Hermana Lott can be a bit scary..but it's been a blast😂 I tried to go over a FAT crack in the sidewalk and drove myself right into a bush and then barely skimmed a light post lol..Man I love my mountain bike, and these people.🚲 God's still keeping me alive for a reason haha. Anyways, besides trying to set up a future career on the Redbull bike trick team,..(lol not really). I've learned a very valuable lesson on love this week:)
This week was full of miracles, I found about 5 new people this week, some from Guatemala and México who have started taking English classes now and we've talked about the Gospel..It has humbled me so much knowing that no matter how hard an area can be, there are always people waiting to be found, even if they're a country away. The topic of love came to my mind when teaching these people, and we read the scripture Mateo 5:44, and I then realized that the person who needed the lesson most in that moment, was me.
Learning to love those around you who might make you feel unwanted at times can be hard, but I've realized that the people who sometimes hurt us or don't want to be loved need love the most. LOVE CAN HEAL ANYONE AND ANYTHING❤ Missionary work can be hard, not everyone wants to hear from you, some even want to hurt you emotionally, sometimes in rare cases physically which that's a different ball game lol..but most times we need to realize that the reason for people making us sad is simply because they need LOVE💕 Once Love takes over, there is no room for (el Rancor) A grudge/ Bitterness in our hearts. If someone makes you feel down..please go give them a card, give them a call, make them food (Ooo Dang thas a good one🌮)..or just the fattest HUG for me ok!?😃
Never Forget Who You ARE And Who You Wanna Be!😊
Love y'all Lotts!! ~La Hermana Lott:)
