Spread Aloha, Not Germs

That's a slogan I saw on someone's licence plate cover this week. I hope you guys think it's as funny as I do hahaha.

I hope you all had a great week too! Mine was great & very busy...

Not sure if you all remember me telling the story of a man named Will who just walked into church a few weeks ago... Well this week we were teaching him the Plan of Salvation (the Plan that we believe God has for all of us as His children to return back to Him. It answers the 3 questions we all have of 1. Why am I here? 2. Where did I come from? and 3. Where am I going?)*

As we were talking with Will, we began to discuss what God requires us to do here on Earth to be able to return to Him ie. have faith, be baptized, be a kind person, etc... Will told us a story about when the ballistic missile threat came to Hawaii a few months ago and everyone thought they only had 15 minutes to live.. He told us he remembers kneeling down to pray & telling God, "God, I know I don't deserve it, but if there's room for me... please let me into heaven. Even if it's just to wait tables there. I'll be a waiter for all of the Saints... Please let me come..."
I. Almost. Cried. It was such a sweet & genuine story and prayer. We were able to talk to Will about Heaven and tell him that there IS room for everyone there. Including him. And no one has to be only be a waiter. I am so grateful for a Heavenly Father who not only loves us, but gives us a way back to Him.

*if you have ever asked yourself those 3 questions, or are curious about what we as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe about that... please email me!!!! Or message me on Facebook! You can find me at:

Here are 3 incredible quotes I found this week:

"Grace is not the absence of God's high expectations, grace is the presence of God's power." - Brad Wilcox

"Don't let who you used to be hold you back from who you can become." - Al Fox Carraway

"Without PATIENCE, we cannot please God; we cannot become perfect... PATIENCE is a purifying process that refines understanding, deepens happiness, focusses action, and offers hope for peace." - President Dieter F. Uchtdorf (emphasis added)

I love you all more than you know! Have a great week!
