Sun's out, Guns out

Well the weather is officially nice here in England. We're talking 20°, short sleeves, the whole works. It's been crazy because I feel like Bristol, an already bumping city, has tripled with people. There's so many more people to talk to haha. A missionary’s dream.

This was a good week! We were able to have a solid zone conference down in Poole, focusing on the small and simple things that bring us closer to God. It was just a good reminder of the easy things that we sometimes forget!

We also got to hear from President Nelson and Elder Holland this week! The two biggest lessons I learned are that (1) President Nelson is our called and chosen Prophet who speaks for God; I love and sustain him. And that (2) the heavens are open! God wants to reveal his mysteries unto us! All we have to do is ask!

We had MLC in London yesterday as well, and got to see the OG Bristol family again – Elder Lawson and McSpadden. It was an intensely spirit filled day that literally drained me haha.

Our friend Ryan accepted to be baptized this week! He is the most solid man I've taught on my mission. His girlfriend is a solid returned missionary from Texas, so she really peaked his interest! He was ready and prepared when we met him. We're so excited for him! Pray for Ryan!

Besides all this stuff, the only other thing worth mentioning from this week was that I got attacked by a drunk university chick hahaha. It was pretty crack up. Elder Butler was dying laughing as she was chasing me all over the town centre, stumbling everywhere. Everyone was watching as I was running away from her. She thought I was Canadian. Haha good times.

Well, I love you all so much! I hope you have an outstanding week! Do more to have the spirit with you this week then you did last week!

PRAY,
READ,
BE OBEDIANT,
SERVE OTHERS,
BLESSINGS WILL COME, THE BEST OF WHICH WILL BE THE HOLY GHOST!

Just thought I'd share that :)

Have a killer week!

Toodles,
Elder ICM
