I'm glad you guys had a good week! I can't believe he lost yet another set of scriptures! Austin really is turning into quite the little (or big) professional musician! I can't say I'm sad to miss an Arizona summer but I do miss spending so much time with you guys!
This week was a little rough because most of our lesson fell through. The only thing we could do was walk around in the cold and knock on doors. We walked sooo much! It was hard , but I was able to get better at talking to people and making contacts. And some investigators didnt show up to church. But its okay, we just have to be patient with them. There is a family of investigators here, the Familia Brum, who were found before I arrived. The father and oldest son are already members and the rest are set to be baptized soon! They are so amazing! they have six kids and they always come to church and read their scriptures and pray. They older kids even want to serve missions! We are so happy to be able to teach them! Another investigator named Alberto is set to be baptized next week. He was found before I arrived too, but we have been teaching him. I can't wait until some that my companion and I find is baptized, we have potentials but we need patience and miracles!
