Livin' on a Prayer

Haha my companion from the MTC's email title this week was: "We're halfway there, Woah livin on a prayer." And I liked it. So I copied her. #9monthsinthemission

But truly, life is always livin on a prayer!! We've had a great week and we're excited for the week ahead. We have really been trying to utilize prayer in out companionship this transfer. Before contacting we pray what street and which direction we should go and God has never let us down. Tuesday we knocked into a miracle couple Felipa and Saul! They were the last door on the street and they let us in! We briefly went over the first lesson and exchanged conversion stories with them. The spirit was thick enough to chew. So so strong. We have another lesson with them on Wednesday and we pray that they are ready and prepared for us to teach them!

We met and visited some great members in the ward; as well as less active members. This area is great! Awesome missionaries have served here so we're glad to pick up where they left off.

We also had a great zone training that President and Sister Guffey came to! It was based off of this talk, good stuff!:
We had interviews with them and they are so sweet! They are bringing great changes to the mission!

We have great week planned - EVERY SINGLE HOUR IS FILLED! We are taking to heart President Guffey's admonishment: "Tired missionaries are happy missionaries." It's so true! How fulfilling it is to spend every moment engaged in the work and achieving our purpose!

I love you all and hope you take some time this week to give back to God! He's always waiting to bless us!

Love you!
