Hello from the chilly, vibrant, state of Pennsylvania!
This week was way awesome. There is constantly a love for the missionary work that flows from the missionaries to the members and reminds us why we are all here. I love it.
Sister Hamblin and I got to do a lot of service this week. We love service. Jesus did service. one by one, He showed love to all. YAS
I've really learned how deciding not to talk bad about others makes you love them so much deeper. The lessons I am learning right now on my mission are priceless.
People in PUBLIC have been approaching us about the live video we did this week. It's so cool to see how Social media can be used for such good.
On Thursday we had Mission Leadership Council in Walkersville. I got to see Sis B and all my other favorites. It was a good day. Here's a mission aesthetic I participated in for you that accurately describes what is like being a leader in the mission: four missionaries sit in a Wendy's at 9:15 at night, eating for the first time all day, trying to plan for Zone Training but can't because our brains are actually fried from being in meeting since 8 am
On Friday, we taught our investigator Bronwyn. It was actually the greatest lesson I have ever been in my whole mission. Sister Hess, her best friend and OUR best friend, was there. It was powerful as Sister Hess testified of Eternal Families and the temple. Bronwyn was like, "I've always known these things were true. I just needed to hear them. I want this in my life forever." She agreed to be baptized in December. It was beautiful and nothing makes me happier in the world than to see people come closer to Him.
We then all went out to Sushi to celebrate my year mark. *celebration emoji*
We also picked up a new investigator last night, The cool French family we met last week had their daughter listen in on the lesson we taught last night. The spirit was there as we talked about Prophets and the Book of Mormon. AH. I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY SO MUCH.
anyway,
Mucho gucho to all of you for your love and support.
Everyone watch and read this<3
