Sister Olsen

Sick time

This week was interesting! Me, Sister Olsen, and Elder Willis were all inside from Tuesday-Thursday with FOOD POISONING. that was great. blah! We think B-dubs have turned on us. Haha

There are a few investigators coming out of the woodwork. I don't know though, because all of them seem so far away from the idea of baptism and there's only so much inviting we can do. Like, with Beverly. We are always so close to dropping her, and then she gives us a glimmer of hope..... then cancels again. I don't know why, but I can't quite bring myself to give up on her. But yes, we saw Kate this week and she made us breakfast as we talked to her about the plan of salvation. She's going to be a little bit different of an investigator, she's on a very spiritual journey and has no desire to come to church at all yet. Coming to church is the key to progressing in the gospel. People we must go.

There's this REALLY cute little Soda shop on 7th street in Downtown Frederick called the pop shop - Mom, you and Heidi would love it. We bought all these cute sodas and It's been a blast. We go there with the Frederick Sisters and it's a blassst.

We had Zone Conference this week and that was wonderful. I've never been more motivated to work harder. So, that's what we have been doing. We are happier and more successful when we work harder and use our time wisely. It's weird how that works. :) hahha. I love President Christiansen so much. I've seen so much growth in myself in these last months. At my first Zone Conference I had to be forced to participate and at this one, I talked more than any other Sister. I've also been asked to instruct a lot, which has helped me overcome my fear of teaching in front of other missionaries.

I'm feeling good and other than being sick I had a pretty good week. Here is something I would like you to ponder. This scripture has rung in my head all week:

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

WE are MORE than conquerors through HIM. :) I love my Savior.
Love you all. Stay strong!!!
