send help- it's supposed to freaking snow in wichita falls today. if i'm not an ice cube next week i'll let y'all know if it actually happened or not!
This week we've been blessed. Transfers last week was sad to say goodbye to some elders and sisters who are going home, but they're on to bigger and better things (post mission life). Sister Lewis and I have set high goals and have been blessed in reaching them! So many people are just kinda floating through life and when we introduce them to the gospel it gives them INSTANT PURPOSE! Y'ALL, THE GOSPEL GIVES US SO MUCH PURPOSE! Even on days that SUCK, and are hard and miserable. we still have hope, and purpose.
Sometimes as a missionary you have the best days, when you give 110% the whole day and you find SOLID/GOLDEN people to teach, miracles are happening left and right and you're just so so grateful to be a missionary. and sometimes you give 110% and you find NO ONE, but miracles still happen and you're still so so grateful to be a missionary.
I've learned and become painfully aware of how much the natural man and satan SUCK (sorry mom for using that word so much). BUT there's no other way to say it. When i start to second guess promptings - the natural man listening to Satan. Satan tries so freaking hard to tell us we're not good enough to receive promptings, we're not worthy to teach people about Jesus Christ, we've messed up too many times and "there's no hope for us so we should just quit trying". In the words of Elder Freaking Holland "Don't give up... Don't you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead... it will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come."
so, keep going y'all. YOU'RE ALL DOING AMAZING!!! thanks for all the support and prayers, i feel them everyday! sending prayers your way! i love you all SO MUCH! have the best week ever! love , SISTER MALONEY
