#ISURVIVEDCONFERENCE

HEY Y'ALL
I wish i had all the time in the world to just go off about general conference, but sadly I don't. The announcements of new temples and worshiping and serving in higher and holier ways just make me so so excited to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!! I hope we all take the time to read and review every single talk and find ways we can, as families and individuals apply what we received. Besides the HUGE announcements I think it's even more important to focus on the underlying message of conference, we received council on ministering and being a better friend to our "New Friends" in Christ. The Lord is truly expanding the saints understanding and with that although it seems like we're being asked to do LESS, we are really being asked to do MORE, serve MORE, become MORE. I am so grateful to be alive when we have a living prophet to lead and guide us through this crazy world!

This week, I'm rededicating myself to my study of the Saviors life. I'd been pretty good, on and off but our prophet challenged us to be intentional in our studies, actions and conversations so have it all revolve around Jesus Christ. As a missionary we have the beautiful opportunity to do that every single day, and I LOVE IT!! I also realized that it is like the scariest thing in the world to walk up to random people and talk about something that is so dear to my heart, and instead of trying to ignore or get rid of my fear (which probably won't ever go away) i decided to just do it scared because i love the Lord. So. Today and every day, I will listen to my FEAR LESS. not be fearless, but not give it control over my life. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord..." 2 Timothy 1:7-8
