Sister Koford

"No gum?!? For 1 1/2 months!!! Cant it be shorter? Like 10 weeks?" -screaming little girl we heard whilst tracting

Good Afternoon ! I hope this week was a great one for everyone and this week is even better!

We are doing good over here in good ole upstate New York. Winter has finally officially truly hit this week. We have received about 1 1/2 - 2 feet of snow in the last 2 days and we now are experiencing crazy winds with wind chills of about -25 degrees. Needless to say it has been bitter cold and we have been helping a lot of people dig out their cars from the snow! We also had our church cancelled because the weather has been so bad. Hopefully it gets better because its no fun tracting in this kind of coldl! haha

This week we had the opportunity of driving up to Utica to go to MLC. I got to see Sister Gunther and SIster Wright which was awesome. I love that I have been able to see them so often throughout our mission. Sister Bryner was also there who came out with us :)
While we were there we traded in our car for a brand new 2019 Chevrolet Equinox... Sister Koford and I have been having fun driving around in it the last few days.

This week Sister Koford shared a scripture with me that I would like to share with you. It comes from D&C 88:44. (This entire chapter is amazing) It talks about how as humans we focus too much on time. Time is something we created to give us stability in life. But to God it is all the same because he doesn't care about time. He cares more about us and the understanding and light we are receiving. It doesn't matter where we are in our lives, he continues to give us the knowledge and light we need exactly when we need it. I invite all of you to focus on the light. Focus on the things God is teaching you instead of time.

I love you all and I hope you have a great week! Stay Strong!

Love Sister Keller
