HEEEEYYYYY COOOOOOWWWWWWW

I don't have much time this week so sorry if this is short!

This week was great! It was busy and we were running all over the place!

MLC was awesome this week. President Rogers threw down the hammer a little bit to get us all in shape for the new mission president. I am still in denial that he goes home in July. I don't want it to come! The mission is going to change so much with a new Mission president! But I got to see Sister Rawlinson and Gunther again and it was awesome! I loved it as always :)

Rebecca, a fairly new investigator, is doing amazing! She is progressing so much and loves reading the Book of Mormon! She wants to get baptized and is on date for June :) But she will end up getting baptized in long island because she is going home for the summer. We are getting in contact with the missionaries there so we can help her have a smooth transition. She is so excited! I love her.

Vernon is doing good. He wasn't able to come to church again because he went back into the hospital. That is the third time since I have been here in Canton. It is ridiculous. We are praying that he will be able to get over this sickness of his. He has the strongest faith I have ever seen. Its right up there with Nephi. He loves the gospel so much and I feel like he is teaching me every time we go over and teach him!

Exchanges with the Massena sisters were really good! I don't have pictures but hopefully I will have some next week!

Also Sister Miner taught me an awesome game to play in the North country. It is called Hey cow. It is exactly what is sounds like...When you are about to drive by a ton of cows you casually roll down the window and proceed to scream as loud as you can "HHHHEEEEYYYY COOOOWWWW" Best. Game . Ever. Obviously we have to get creative with the games we play lol. The goal is to see how many cows you can get to look at you. It is way more entertaining then it sounds.

I learned a really important lesson this week that I want to share with you. I learned to act on the promptings of the spirit immediately. It seems that a lot of times in life we are in such a hurry that we pass by the spirit. We pass up the knowledge our Father in Heaven is trying to give to us. He is trying to communicate with us and give us the blessings we need but we pass by them day in and day out. There is a quote by Joseph Smith that says something to the effect of: We all receive revelation because we have the gift of the Holy Ghost. He is a Revelator. We all are receiving revelation all the time but we hardly ever recognize it. I hope that each of you will take the time to slow down and to notice the hand of the Lord in your lives this week. When we take the time to listen to the spirit and act on it immediately our lives will be filled with the spirit in a way we could never imagine.

I love you all! Have a great week!!!:)

Love Sister Keller

P.s. The weather still sucks here lol. The snow has officially changed to rain though! We are on our way to warm weather!
