Quick week in Cambodia

I hope you are all doing good!
On Tuesday Sister Nin and I went on an adventure to find this lady's house, other sisters had contacted Maria before but never taught her so after a lot of phone calls a few times down different roads we finally found her. She led us down two small alleys so we could sit in her humble little room surrounded by other rooms just like hers. She was pretty interesting. She has been Christian for 3 years and is trying to learn English so she can preach about Jesus to all the foreigners that come to Phnom Penh. She was very happy we were able to visit her and tried to give us drinks and shoes even though she is so poor she told us she knows God will care after her as long as she does like Jesus did, which includes giving the clothes off her back to neighbors who have less.
The rest of the week was pretty good. We had MLC and got to talk a lot about how to help the mission. I was also able to go on exchanges with Sister Mout and it was so fun! We went contacting down a random street and we're talking to these two ladies who weren't super interested but then this younger lady walks by to hang out and she was super interested! We gave her a pamphlet about the restoration because she was Christian before and wanted to find some time to come to church!
I read a talk this week called Invite Christ to Author your story, it talks about how we can only grow and change when we are out of our comfort zone. I know that to be true we are pushed to do things we don't want or think we can't do and that's when God steps in to help us change and become more like him. Because that is the goal!
Sorry I don't remember like anything else that happened this week but I am just so grateful for my Dad who gives me such great advice for the mission and is the best example to me! I love him, sorry late fathers day.
