IT'S JUNE!!!!!!

Can you believe it?? It's June!!! And weirdly enough ... I hit my 9 month mark on Thursday! Isn't that so gross? I feel like time on the mission is so weird. It's the fastest 9 months I've ever had in my entire life. I can't even believe I'm halfway through my mission. Every member keeps telling us "it's only downhill from here!" And I'm like -_- no. I just can't even handle it.

So ... as everybody I'm sure is dying to know... I did get transferred. I am now in the dysfunctionally amazing Ironwood zone and serving in three wards (Crismon, Ash Creek, and Ranch wards) and am companions with Sister Taylor. Sister Taylor is amazing and is from Chicago, Illinois. She is super hard working but also chill and has very good taste in music. So we are going to have a killer transfer basically. :)

We have awesome prepared investigators, unfortunately this is Arizona and this week hit 118 degrees so ... they're all our of town on vacation. Basically to escape Arizona's heat. It's all good though. Biking in it is very fun. You feel like you're biking through an oven while a constant blowdryer is beating on you. Eye liner is no longer an option. But it's been awesome because we still see miracles in the heat. We also have been caring for one of our investigators cats and plants while she's away so she obviously trusts us. :) Which is super awesome.

This week we were able to do an interesting service project. So President Nattress has had to move out of his home this week because President Wheeler is coming in soon, but Pres. Nattress isn't leaving till the end of June, so he is going to be staying in an old missionary house. They kicked some elders out and enlisted the help of our zone to clean the house in preparation for Pres. Nattress and his family moving in. However ... elders lived there before. So it was disgusting. We cleaned for FOUR HOURS and finally got the place livable. I am so grateful to have grown up in a home where cleanliness was so important. Sister Taylor and I had to do the bathrooms ... I shudder just thinking about it. Anyway, it was a huge success and so awesome afterwards so it was worth it. :)

Anyway, this is a short email but next week I promise to send some pictures! I'm still trying to settle in so my stuff is a mess in our apartment but I will get it together for next week!
