Happy pday!!
If I had one word to describe this week it would probably be: wowthatwasthefastestweekofmylifeilearnedsomuchbutnowimsoexhausted.
😅😅I think my comp and I are finally getting into the groove of things and we have been working super hard this week! We've got a really good teaching pool with some progressing people!! We even put someone on date this weekend 🥳
This week we have had so much going on, that every night I've been dead asleep before my comp can even climb up the ladder to get to her bed 😂 During comp prayers one night I started to fall asleep (while saying the prayer!!) and dreamt about our Uber drivers haha I ended up waking up right as I was blessing all of our Uber drivers 😂 Now I guess I can add sleep-praying in Spanish to the list of things I do in my sleep 🤦♀️ (throwback to MTC when I couldn't stop sleep walking😬)
Anyways Monday was our typical Pday shopping and errands day and I also accidentally snapped our map in half. Tuesday was a pretty normal hard-workin mission day and we were even surprise serenaded during a phone call lesson😂
Wednesday we had exchanges with Hermana Malone and Hermana Cameron!! I got to go with my girl H. Malone and we had such a good time!! Everybody adored her and she was amazing in all of our lessons! Thank goodness for her patience since it was my first time leading this area, I only got lost once😌🙏
Thursday our mission presidents wife, Hermana Hernandez, and the wife of our area 70, Hermana Cordón joined us for a lesson! It was so spiritual and powerful! They were amazing teachers and I learned so so much from them.
Friday we had our mission tour and holy smokes it was incredible!! Élder Cordón was so funny but also he pretty much told us to completely change our teaching ways. It honestly was an answer to so many prayers and only after a couple lessons I can see so much improvement!!
Sunday we had some of our awesome friends at church and even set one of them on date!! It was such an amazing week and I am so pumped for this week to see some more of our friends progress💪🏼💪🏼
