Hey everyone!!
Happy pday! I never know how to start these so I'm just going to skip to the weekend!!
Friday we got to the capital for our residency cards! To get my residency card I had to get my blood drawn, do a chest xray, and pee in a cup while somebody watched🙃 The capital is soooo much different than Nizao. There were lots of American fast food restaurants, gas stations, and huge stores. It was so weird seeing a big city again. The best part of it all was seeing some of my favorite Hermanas again!! I got to see Hermana Dibble (my mtc comp), Hermana Christiensen, Hermana Dennings, and so many more awesome people I haven't seen in so long. It was so fun to talk to them and hear about their areas and see how they're adjusting! After we were all done we got Wendy's which was like stepping into America again. They even played songs in English it was so trippy 😂
Saturday it rained the entire day and it was so pretty and cooled everything off which was the bestttt. We were pretty soaked but it was so worth it.
Sunday was awesome like always and we got to visit some of our favorite ward members! It was super cute cause one of them, Tiburon, was super excited to show us a huge crab that he caught and was going to eat for dinner that night haha crabs freak me out 🤢 That night we went to the Dallin H. Oakes Devotional and I didn't understand like anything but I think it was about marriage 🤷♀️😂
That's pretty much all I can remember from this week! Also shoutout to my lil brother Dallin cause it's his bday today!! My little baby 😭 If you see him tell him happy birthday for me 😉
