Hey hey!!
This week was absolutely packeddd and I can honestly say every night I went to bed totally exhausted! We hit all our goals and then some and I was dead by Sunday night 💀 Thank goodness for Pdays 🙏
We met some really awesome people this week and I'm so excited to continue meeting with them, teaching them, and hopefully bring some extra joy and comfort in their loves through our Saviors gospel!
Everyday is a fun little battle with Spanish and some days I feel pretty confident and other days I am just totally lost, but I know eventually *hopefully soon* I'll be able to fully express myself and say everything I want to say ❤ Apparently I've been sleep talking in Spanish so at least I know I'm learning something haha
This week I hit my 2 month mark as a missionary!! 2 months down...16 more to go 😅 I can't wait to see how much I've grown each and every month
Honestly my brain is pretty fried and I don't really remember everything that happened last week but I'll share a cute story on obedience 🥰
We have a friend, Wanice, who has the cutest baby ever!! It is sooo so hard not to hold her, or kidnap her, but it's against the rules to do either of those so I've been pretty good at restraining myself. One day we went to visit Wanice and her baby, and she was just too adorable so I ended up picking her up and putting her on my lap 😬 welllll she ended up peeing all over me without a diaper on 😐 I guess that's what I get for not obeying the rules 🤦♀️😂
This week my comp and I watched the Hope Works video, "The Ultimate Bucket List", and decided to make our own bucket lists! Just wait, when I come back from my mission I'll be able to juggle and do the splits 😌😂 The whole series is awesome, but I especially love this video, it motivates me everytime. I love when she says that God doesnt expect us to be perfect at everything we do He just wants us to be willing to TRY. I've learned that I am farrrrr from perfect in a lot of things but the biggest most important thing to our Heavenly Father is that day after day we show up again and again and try. Something that gives me piece of mind is that I know when we fail we can come to Him with our failures, and we can learn how to use Him in our lives to become better.
