Elder Johnson

Our neighbor is a gem!

Hey guys!

This week was a pretty good one! We had exchanges with the Zone Leaders. I was with Elder Whiteley. It was super fun, he came out with Elder Davis and I so we got to catch up on quite a bit. Wednesday’s are alright...we usually do lots of service so it’s never the funnest of times, but we make the best of it!
Friday was the best day of the week. We all hit 15 months, so we had to celebrate with pizza and drinks! We were also able to meet some cool people that day too who seemed to be interested in our message! 9 more months! The weekend was super good too. We had a broad cast Saturday morning! We got to hear Elder Christofferson and President Ballard speak. Was super good! They taught alot on how important our calling is and the restoration as well! They also put a plea out to everyone to pray for our country, which is a great thing to do! After we had a super good district council about it! Was just a very spiritual day! Sunday wasn't bad either. I loved church...we had the Primary Program and I really love the songs that the kids sang. We had a good lesson in 2nd hour. We talked alot about Paul and his trials... he went through alot but still was able to push through and take care of the church. Just remember with any calling you have or even any job, if we try our best and are patient the Lord will help us!

Kinda some funny things I guess.. we have this neighbor who is usually not to bad but Sunday he was a real gem! We walked by his house and so he walked out on the sidewalk to greet us! He kept saying that Elder Johnson is such a good looking guy (nothing about me, but at least he didn’t say I was ugly) and has a beautiful smile, but between every comment he tried to bash with us. He also said he is from the movie Jack A#%.
Hahah never a dull moment in the VA
I hope you all have a great week!
Sure love you all and appreciate your love and support!
Love Elder Brian
